Make some colourful cookies for bonfire night. Perfect with a mug of hot chocolate.
I made a batch of cookie dough and baked some cookies for the boy and the girl to decorate.
We used shop bought tubes of coloured icing along with a big tube of black icing (leftover from spiderweb cakes we made for Halloween).
The girl came up with the idea of using a cookie cutter as a decorating template (I’ll be using that idea again).
Decorating supplies: icing tubes, sprinkles, cookie cutter and a knife for spreading.

Place the cookie cutter lightly on the icing. Put sprinkles around the edges to create a negative pattern or inside to make a sprinkly star.
