Celebrate Day of the Dead festival by making this traditional bread.
I made my dough in the bread maker then the boy and the girl helped me shape it into a skull shape.

Use approx. two thirds of the dough to make the skull shape.
Little hands can help make the skull features.
Make nose, eyes and mouth lines out of the remaining third of dough.
Leave the dough to rise.
Once baked, brush the dough with an orange and sugar syrup then sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Once cool, decorate the skull. We used shop bought icing tubes.
