All you need are some sheets of felt, scissors and some PVA glue. Then get playing!
Draw noughts and crosses on the felt and cut out.
Cut four strips of felt to make the board. Glue on to a square of felt with PVA glue.
Crosses won!
Make a scorecard to keep track of game outcomes.
You could glue the board onto a piece of cardboard to make it a travel game for the car.
